Thank you for choosing Around Town Storage. The following are a few of the most frequently asked questions you might have:
What hours can I get to my unit?
Our office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. We close each day between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Our gate hours are 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., 7 days a week.
How do I operate the gate?
Follow instructions (at the keypad) for opening the gate, remember to pause slightly between pressing the keys. In other words, take your time.
What if I can't pay my rent by the due date?
Give us a call and explain your situation, and we will work with you the best we can, however you may be charge a late fee and access to your unit will be denied until your account is brought current.
Is it ok to leave the light on in the unit?
Help us conserve energy and reduce the possibility of fire if you have a light in your unit, PLEASE TURN IT OFF as you leave.
How do I get my security deposit back?
To ensure your deposit refund, we need a ten (10) day notice that you are leaving, prior to your rent becoming due. The notice must be given regardless of the length of your stay. Also, if you used any wooden pallets, you must return them to the end of the building.
